Computer Freezing Issues
One of the top issues we see that affects branches is when your computer freezes. This is due to a multitude of issues including operating system bugs, a computer being overloaded and crashes, etc. Below we outline the procedure to take if this happens at your branch.

Step 1.
Check to see if your computer is actually frozen. Move your mouse and see if the pointer moves. If it does not and you can no longer use the mouse/keyboard, your computer is most likely frozen.
Step 2.
The only thing you can do with a frozen computer is to restart the computer. To do that, locate the computer box and find the power button that should be lit up green. I have attached a photo to the right. Hold down that power button for 5 seconds until the computer turns off. Once the computer is completely off, wait 5 seconds and turn the computer back on. The computer should then restart and should be working as normal.
