Browser Issues
Have you ever had issues with a certain website? Email application not loading? Have you had issues clicking on links on website or even navigating it? More than likely your browser is at fault. Our 2nd most common issue we see at the branch level are browser issues. Here is the easiest way to solve browser issues

Step 1.
Click on the top right 3 bars of your browser. This will open up a menu. Click on the "Preferences" option.
Step 2.
This will take you to the settings of your browser. Click on the "Privacy and Security" tab on the left
Step 3.
Scroll down until you find the setting labeled "Cookies and Site Data" This is where your browser stores memory of where your browser has been and sometimes causes issues on certain websites if your browser is storing too much.
Step 4.
Click on "Clear Data" and then click on "Clear." Make sure both Cookies and Cache are selected. This will clear your browser's cookies and cache and should resolve most of your browser issues. If this does not, please submit a helpdesk ticket
