Branch Volume Control
Have you been assigned training videos and can not hear the sound on the videos? Are you having trouble adjusting the volume? Here is a guide on how to fix this issue
Guide:
- Double Click the “SOUND” Icon on your desktop
- This will open the Volume Control Panel. You will be able to control your volume here. To control your volume, make sure to be on the “Output Devices” tab at the top.

To adjust your volume, drag the volume slider with your mouse.

If you are using headphones make sure to choose the correct output method by choosing the “Headphones (plugged in)” option. If you are using the computer’s speaker, make sure to use the “Speakers” Option.

DO NOT use the two options shown below. These options will not adjust your sound

If your sound slider is greyed out and you cannot hear anything, your sound is muted. To unmute your sound, use the sound icon button and it should unmute your sound.
